WHY DO HUMANS DOUBT THEMSELVES?
Many people doubt themselves because they are afraid of failing. They may worry that they don't have the skills or abilities to succeed at something, and this fear can hold them back from taking risks or pursuing their goals.
Negative self-talk: The way we talk to ourselves can have a big impact on our confidence. If we constantly criticize ourselves and focus on our weaknesses instead of our strengths, it's easy to start doubting ourselves.
Past experiences: Negative experiences from our past can also contribute to self-doubt. For example, if we have failed at something in the past, we may worry that we will fail again in the future.
Comparison to others: When we compare ourselves to others who we perceive as more successful or talented, it can make us feel like we don't measure up.
Lack of validation: If we don't receive validation or encouragement from others, it can be hard to believe in ourselves and our abilities.
It's important to recognize that self-doubt is a natural part of being human, but it's also something that can be overcome with practice and self-awareness. By challenging negative self-talk, focusing on our strengths, and seeking out validation and support from others, we can build our confidence and overcome self-doubt.
